ពេញសិល្បៈ គឺជាពិព័រណ៍សិល្បៈសហសម័យដែលបង្កើតឡើង ដើម្បីផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់សិល្បករជំនាន់ថ្មីរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាអាចបង្ហាញស្នាដៃរបស់ខ្លួនដល់មហាជនទូទៅបានឃើញច្រើនជាងមុន តាមរយៈវិធីសាស្ត្រថ្មីៗជាច្រើនមានដូចជា៖ ការដំឡើងអ្វីមួយ សិល្បៈវីដេអូ សិល្បៈថតរូប សិល្បៈព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា គំនូរសហសម័យ ឬសិល្បៈសម្តែងជាដើម។
PENH ART is an artist-run contemporary art fair created to give visibility to the emergent generation of artists in Cambodia, bringing together contemporary artists expressing original ideas through diverse mediums such as installation, video-art, photography, digital art, contemporary painting or performance art.
